. pastor-greg-frontpage Join us on May 20th, as Pastor Greg brings a message titled: Sticks for the Fire: A snapshot of Paul’s life that showed the heart of a servant. Once when I was teaching high school, I saw “the new kid” coming down the hallway with an armload of books and papers. Just like you might see on TV, she lost her balance and, while she did not fall flat on her face, her stuff went flying everywhere. Really . . . flying. Embarrassing on any day, especially your first. A senior girl was nearby, busy at her locker. Without missing a beat, she stooped over the mess and helped this new, younger student, gather up her materials. It did not seem like much, but that little act of kindness helped rescue that new girl’s first day at the school. It was nice. It was beautiful. Often, little things are. Come Sunday and see how a little things show a servant’s heart.
